Visitor Information
Find out about the history of South Tyneside through exploring a variety of portraits using role play, storytelling, slow looking, and multi-sensory materials. Your class will explore a range of portraits in the Gallery and then spend time in our art studio looking in more detail at portraits chosen from our stores. Children will respond to the portraits they have experienced by making their own expressive portraits using a variety of materials.
This workshop can be tailored to your classes needs.
